Archetypes
Everyone starts human. What happens next is up to you. An Archetype is the pivot that sharpens who your character is becoming — power to start with, and Milestones that unlock as you grow.
Human
Most humans don't know vampires, werewolves, nephilim, and demons walk among them.
The most commonly found sentient being in NYTE City, in every profession at every level. No bloodline, no implants, no supernatural gift — a human character can be almost infinitely customized to fit any storyline, and makes up for what they lack in raw power with skills and tenacity.
Arcanist
The Aether doesn't care how curious you are. It only cares whether you can hold on.
Wizards, sorcerers, mages — those who've unlocked the ability to manipulate Aether and wield its power like a weapon. What they gain in power, they trade for the risk of ripping themselves, or the world, apart. Every spell is a negotiation with forces that do not care whether you survive the conversation.

Cyborg
Chrome. Tech. Art. The Cyborg is all three — and chooses to be.
Humans who've gone all in: a Neurocybernetic Interpreter, cyber-limbs, nanobots, and more. Cyborgs pay for their augmentation in Credits and Humanity, closing the gap between human and supernatural one install at a time. You redefine yourself piece by piece — social infiltrator, heavy hitter, data ghost, battlefield support.
Primary Stats: INT, COOL, EMP
Professional
No bloodline. No implants. No covenant with forces older than language. Just a person who decided that wasn't going to be enough of a reason to lose.
The quintessential human — Cleaners, Enforcers, Fences, Slayers, Wheelmen, and more, every variety of person NYTE City produces when it grinds someone long enough and they come out sharper instead of broken. You rely on training, foresight, and execution where others rely on supernatural gifts or tech, turning preparation into a decisive advantage.
Primary Stats: vary by chosen subtype
Vampire
As old as civilization itself.
Centuries to accumulate power, influence, and everything that comes with both. Vampires belong to Houses, each with their own strengths, resources, allies, and enemies. You navigate hunger, power, and eternity in equal measure — your abilities are potent and intoxicating, but indulgence always carries consequences.
Primary Stats: BOD, REF, MOB
Werewolf
Predators not of malice, but of duty.
Lycanthropy is both a curse and a gift: immense strength, savage instinct, and the weight of a tribe and lineage older than the city. You live between restraint and release — when the beast emerges, subtlety fades and raw power takes over, but that power always demands something in return.
